Some of our products use natural crystals, and these are clearly labeled on the product pages. If it's natural, you'll see it marked!


4. Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?

That depends on individual sensitivity. Our materials are carefully selected, but if you experience an allergic reaction, we’ll offer a full refund—no worries.


5. Will the jewelry fade, rust, or change color?

Nope! Our pieces are made to last and stay beautiful. They won't rust or fade under normal use.


6. Do I need to do any special care or maintenance?

Not at all. Our jewelry is designed to be low-maintenance, so you can enjoy it worry-free.


7. Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our factory in China. This helps us keep prices low and offer factory-direct deals.


8. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually shipped within 3–10 days, and delivery takes 10–15 days depending on your location.
You’ll get a tracking number via email once it’s shipped.


9. Can I pay on delivery (COD)?

Sorry, we don’t support cash on delivery for international orders. We accept PayPal and major credit cards.


10. Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?

Yes! If a product supports custom engraving or personalization, it will be clearly marked on the product page.
