Where we ship

Crystal Treat currently ships to the United States, Canada, selected European countries, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. Available destinations are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping rates

United States: standard shipping is $4.99, with free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more.

Canada: standard shipping is $6.99, with free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Europe: standard shipping is $7.99, with free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Asia and Oceania supported destinations: standard shipping is $8.99, with free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more.

Processing and delivery

Most orders need 2-5 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery time depends on destination, carrier routing, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent by email after the order ships.

Customs and import charges

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their destination country.
