Where we ship

Shipping options and destination availability are confirmed after you enter your delivery address at checkout.

Shipping rates

Standard Shipping & Payment Processing Fees (8–12 business days). This rate is calculated from the delivery country and the physical products in your cart.

Priority Shipping & Payment Processing Fees (4–8 business days). This option costs the original Standard Shipping price for your order, plus $3.00.

Free Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is free when the physical-product subtotal before coupons is greater than $40.00. Shipping fees and taxes do not count toward this threshold. Priority Shipping remains available at the original Standard Shipping price plus $3.00.

Processing and delivery

Most orders need 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery estimates are counted after dispatch and may vary with carrier routing, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email after the order ships.

Customs and import charges

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their destination country.
