At Crystal Treat, we want every piece to feel like a joyful yes. If it does not, we make it right with a clear, generous return promise.

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

You may return an eligible item within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the item price—whether it was not quite your style, the fit was not right, or you simply changed your mind. No restocking fee. No pressure to explain.

To keep returns fair for every customer, please send items back in their original condition, unworn and with their original packaging where possible. This does not limit your rights if an item arrives damaged or defective.

180-Day Quality Promise

If your jewelry arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or develops a verified material or workmanship issue within 180 days of delivery, contact us. You may choose the remedy that works best for you: a full refund, a free replacement when available, or store credit. We cover standard return shipping for approved quality issues.

Easy Return Shipping

For eligible U.S. returns, we provide a prepaid standard return label whenever one is available. For international returns, email us first and we will give you the most practical, lowest-cost return option. We never charge a restocking fee.

Where to Send a Return

Orders may ship from different fulfillment locations. Please return an item to the fulfillment address shown on its original package, or to the address provided by our support team. Do not send a return to a different address before receiving instructions; this helps us process your refund quickly and correctly.

How to Start

Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to return. Our support team replies within 1–2 business days with the next step.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received, we will review it promptly and issue an approved refund to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 3 business days after receipt; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Free Gifts

Free gift items have no purchase price to refund, but they are still covered by our 180-Day Quality Promise if a verified quality issue occurs.
