Return & Refund Policy
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days after delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn and returned with original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Personalized items and hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded unless defective.
Starting a return
Contact customer support with your order number, the item involved and the reason for your request. Do not send an item back until return instructions have been issued.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective or materially different from its description.
