Submit Request: Click Return or Exchange, complete the form, and choose refund or exchange.
Print Label: Print the prepaid return shipping label sent via email and pack your items securely.
Ship Promptly: Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the return label to keep your request valid.
Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items.
Notification: You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
Stock & Timing: Exchanges depend on product availability; replacement items ship within 3 business days of approval.
Out‑of‑Stock Options: If an item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
Defective/Damaged Items: CrystalTreat.com covers return shipping for defective or damaged products. Change‑of‑Mind Returns: Customers pay return shipping; a 10% restocking fee applies to each item.
Personalized Products: Engraved, custom‑fitted, or otherwise personalized jewelry is final sale.
Others: Gift cards and downloadable products cannot be returned or exchanged.
