1. Return & Exchange Window

Customers may return or exchange items within 15 days of the delivery date

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Unused & Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached. 

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must accompany each return request. 

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Online: Log in to your CrystalTreat.com account, go to Order History, and select the order you wish to return or exchange. 

  2. Submit Request: Click Return or Exchange, complete the form, and choose refund or exchange.

  3. Print Label: Print the prepaid return shipping label sent via email and pack your items securely.

  4. Ship Promptly: Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the return label to keep your request valid. 

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items. 

  • Notification: You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. 

5. Exchanges

  • Stock & Timing: Exchanges depend on product availability; replacement items ship within 3 business days of approval. 

  • Out‑of‑Stock Options: If an item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund. 

6. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Defective/Damaged Items: CrystalTreat.com covers return shipping for defective or damaged products. Change‑of‑Mind Returns: Customers pay return shipping; a 10% restocking fee applies to each item. 

7. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Personalized Products: Engraved, custom‑fitted, or otherwise personalized jewelry is final sale. 

  • Others: Gift cards and downloadable products cannot be returned or exchanged. 

8. Policy Updates

CrystalTreat.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting.
